How it works
We finalise your floor plan with you.
We run the planning assessment on your block and match you with a licensed local builder, who prices your installation from your plans and your site information.
Green light: your home, your approval pathway and your installation figure, together, with 7 days to decide.
Red light: we tell you what the assessment found and talk through your options.
The $1,000 price guarantee
If your builder’s firm quote comes in more than 10% above the agreed installation figure, we credit $1,000 against your final payment.
Why a local builder
Normally a customer outside the capital cities would have to be an owner-builder. No national company can hold a licence and staff in every town.
Using your local builder’s licence for the installation is what gives you access to ORANA’s national product and pricing.

Timing
Approx. 14 weeks from approval to delivery. We’ll talk you through the timing for your block when we call.
FAQ
The installation on a standard residential block with town water, sewer and power. Rock, slope, access and service runs outside that are the builder’s variation, under your separate agreement with them.
